Kingdom Kids Safari is a passive, content-only platform. The site is fully usable — games, videos, curriculum resources — without creating an account or providing any personal information. We have intentionally designed it this way to protect children and families.

Currently, we collect only what is necessary: your name and email when you use our contact form, and purchase information processed entirely by Stripe when you buy a product. We never see or store your card details. We do not use analytics that track individual users.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site requires no login, no profile, and no personal data from a child to use any feature. If we ever introduce accounts or community features, they will be parent-created accounts only — a parent or guardian will register and manage any child activity. Children will never create their own accounts or submit personal information directly.

4. Future Community Features

We intend to grow Kingdom Kids Safari into a community platform. When that happens, all accounts will be parent or guardian accounts. Child profiles will use only a nickname and age range — no full name, email, phone, or location from a child. No child-to-child private messaging will be permitted without explicit parental controls. All community content will be moderated. We will update this policy and provide clear notice before any data collection practices change.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use contact information only to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your order. We do not send marketing emails without your consent and we never sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for commercial purposes.

This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality such as secure checkout. We do not use advertising, tracking, or behavioral profiling cookies. Third-party services like Stripe may use their own cookies as required for payment processing.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We apply security best practices including hashed passwords, token-based sessions, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access. When community features launch, child safety measures will include moderation, rate limiting, and abuse reporting.
